How do your packages work?
The package chosen for your clinic is based on the pace of your clinic, and the tasks that you are needing completed on a daily basis (for example, some clinics do not need billing support). This decision would be determined and agreed upon during our initial conversation. All packages are paid for upfront (before the month begins) and can be inclusive of all tasks listed above.
Please Note: I do not offer URGENCY tasks (anything that you need done within 1-hour). Although I do my best to try to be available at all times, I am unable to guarantee I will be available right when needed due to the sporadic nature of the services I provide.
What hours do you work?
I work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST (excluding holidays).
What happens if you take a vacation or sick day?
Vacations: I do take the odd vacation where I log off and am not available at all (just like a normal employee would). You are not charged for the time that I take off. I have recommendations for coverage services during these times if needed.
Illness: I work from home so I am able to easily troop through the day if I am not feeling 100%. I have only taken probably 2 days off for illness in my 4 year VA career.
