I work as a Virtual Administrative Assistant & Operations Support Manager strictly for brick & mortar health and wellness clinics.
This includes (but not limited to) chiropractors, massage therapists, physiotherapists, mental health therapists, osteopaths and naturopathic doctors.
I am not here to brag and lie and say that I make “millions a year” running a virtual assistant business. But I am here to be truthful and teach you how to grow a sustainable, reliable and consistent business that is truly realistic and that you can depend on. I want to teach the Mom’s how to be able to work from home and spend more time with their children. I want to teach the nomads how to be free and work from Mexico at a coffee shop overlooking the ocean. I want to teach everyone that the 9-5 dead end corporate life is not the only option.
Before I started this business, I was a bartender at a local Irish pub in my home town (Ontario, Canada). The money wasn’t bad prancing around in a little plaid kilt with knee high socks serving Guinness to my regulars, but I always knew that I wanted more in life. To put it directly — I wanted freedom. I wanted to be able to work from my laptop anywhere that I chose. I didn’t want to be held down to one place anymore. I wanted to work for myself and make my own rules, and start living life on my own terms.
That is when I started my business: Ashley Kish Virtual Solutions. I was always reading that an extremely important step in the process of starting ANY business is to niche down into a category that you are passionate about. I do truly love health and wellness right down to the depths of my core, so I decided that was the niche that I wanted to choose. I figured that if I started a business that “helped people help people” then it would give me great satisfaction at the end of everyday and I would feel like I FINALLY had a career with a purpose.
I dove right in and got started. My very first client was the owner of a multidisciplinary clinic that decided to go with my medium package. I was absolutely blown away and that gave me extreme momentum to keep going. This clinic is still with me today, and has since grown so much that they needed to upgrade to my largest package (wootwoot)!
